Records the declared profile resources that failed while the boot goes on.
Parameters
- failures: readonly ProfileResourceFailure[]
  The failures of the profile load report.
- options: { hold: boolean }
  hold: false when a host cancelled geoleaf:profile:failed — the failures still feed the diagnostic, but the reveal is not held for them.
Returns void
