Function createMountController

createMountController(ctx: MountContext): MountController
Creates the application lifecycle of one bundle — called once, by installBoot().
Parameters
- ctx: MountContext
  The namespace, the _app namespace, the registry and the boot error handler.
Returns MountController
The controller behind GeoLeaf.mount() and GeoLeaf.boot().
