Function resolveOptionList

resolveOptionList(url: string): Promise<OptionListEntry[] | null>
Answers a list — held first; fetched and kept otherwise, when the network is there.
Parameters
- url: string
  The list's URL.
Returns Promise<OptionListEntry[] | null>
The choices, or null when none is held and none could be fetched.
