One reader for both paths: the raster builders set it on the source they build, and a vector
basemap hands it to the style transform, which sets it on the incoming style's sources. The
credit comes from a profile and ends as HTML in the engine's attribution control, so it is
CLEANED here, once for both paths (sanitizeAttribution, kernel/security/map-credit.ts).
