Function _acquireNativeMap

Resolves and caches the native maplibregl.Map instance.

Resolution order:

1. Explicit map passed as argument (must pass _isNativeMaplibreMap).
2. Already-cached _map (if still a valid native map).
3. Fallback via GeoLeaf.Core.getMap().getNativeMap().
