Frames and selects a feature already found in layerId's store.
Parameters
- layerId: string
  The feature's layer.
- feature: GeoJSONFeature
  The stored feature.
- opts: LayerFocusOptions = {}
  zoom for a point.
Returns boolean
false when there is no map or the feature has no position; true otherwise.
