provideDeclaredFields(id: string, provider: DeclaredFieldsProvider | null): void
Fills the slot for one reader — a capability's installer does, when the bundle embarks it.
Parameters
- id: string
  The reader's identifier — its capability id; a second call replaces the first.
- provider: DeclaredFieldsProvider | null
  The reader's side of the slot, or null to empty it.
Returns void
