Dispatched once per mutation of a layer's store. Through GeoLeaf.Layers: setData,
clear, addFeature, removeFeature (when it removed something), updateFeatureId,
mergeFeatures, and patchFeature with { rerender: true }. And, since 3.15.0, by every
writer of a WHOLE collection around it — a real-time layer's ticks, an OGC layer's
auto-refresh, a direct GeoLeaf.GeoJSON.updateLayerData: they rewrote the store unannounced
before.
NOT by a silent patchFeature, which changes state only; NOT by the loading of a layer
(geoleaf:geojson:layers-loaded says that); NOT by a filter or setVisibleSubset, which
change what is DRAWN, never what the store holds; and not by a plugin that feeds its source
without writing the store.
What derives from the store listens to it: the open table, the active filter.
