⚠️ The prefix is NOT geoleaf: — the EVENT-MAP gate scans geoleaf:* literals
and would take a storage key for an untyped EVENT. Same motive as
DATA_ORIGINS_KEY.
SHARED literal: sw-core.js hard-codes it, unable to import. The source guard in
__tests__/storage/sw-core-tile-budget.test.ts checks both say the same thing;
without it, a divergence would come out silently green — exactly what the worker's
base version did for months (root cause no. 2 of the offline work).
